Who is responsible for your data

What I collect, and when

I only collect data you send me on purpose. If you fill in the contact form, I receive:

• your name,
• your email address,
• and whatever you write about your business.

I use this only to reply to you and to discuss a possible project. I do not sell it, share it for advertising, or send you marketing you did not ask for.

How the form works

The contact form is handled by Netlify Forms, the service that hosts this website. Your message is stored in my Netlify account and forwarded to my email so I can answer. You can read Netlify's own privacy terms on their website.

Analytics

I use privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies and do not identify you personally. I only see anonymous, aggregated numbers, such as how many people visited a page, which country they came from, and what device they used. Because no cookies are set and no personal data is collected, this site does not need a cookie banner.

Cookies

This website does not set tracking cookies. If that ever changes, this page will be updated and you will be asked for consent first.

How long I keep your data

I keep form messages only as long as needed to talk about your project, and delete them when they are no longer relevant. You can ask me to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask me to show you the data I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To do any of this, just email me at iuliia.velikonskaia@gmail.com. If you ever feel your data was handled wrongly, you can also contact the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec).

Changes to this policy

If I change how data is handled, I will update this page and the date at the top.
